Leadership
I began my career in the aviation industry in 1966 as a US Air Force systems technician. After the Air Force, I completed an undergraduate degree and was hired by the U.S. Navy as part of a civilian maintenance program development and support engineering team. I later transitioned to Federal Express, where I led engineering, quality assurance and production departments. Over the years, I've held several key roles across the aviation sector until 2004, when I co-founded Pennant Aviation.
